Property Overview

Hello!
****TWO SINGLE ROOMS FOR RENT FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE MONTH AT 1,200 ZŁ — ALL FEES INCLUDED***
The property is located in a nice neighborhood of single-family homes not far from downtown and the airport. There’s a forest nearby—a 10-minute walk—and a bike path—a 1-minute walk. It’s 5 km from downtown and the MTP. The airport is about a 15-minute walk away.
In Ogrody (10 minutes by bus 729 or minibus), there is a beautiful botanical garden. Lake Rusałka is also nearby—about a 15-minute bike ride.

To get to the city center (KAPONIERA ROUNDABOUT, POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR, RAILWAY AND BUS STATIONS) take bus No. 59; the scheduled travel time is 17 minutes to the city center (RONDO KAPONIERA, POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR) also by buses 48 and 77.
Buses 729 and minibuses run to the tram terminal at Ogrody.
About 3–4 km away are the Adam Mickiewicz University Student Dormitory (WNS), the Medical University, and the teaching hospitals on Szpitalna, Polna, and Przybyszewskiego Streets.
The Lech Stadium, the Poznań Racetrack, and the arena are located at a similar distance.

Internet access is available.

There is also a kitchenette: refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove, microwave, dishes, and cutlery.

We rent single rooms (in a segment of a single-family townhouse).

The bathroom is shared and accessed from the hallway.
One car can be parked on the fenced-in property. Outside the fence, there is space for two passenger cars (one of them behind the car parked on the property—in which case, you’ll need to agree on which driver leaves first and position the cars accordingly), one car can be parked diagonally on the street next to the property in a way that does not obstruct the exit of neighbors across the street.
YOU MAY NOT PARK CARS NEAR THE PROPERTIES OF YOUR NEAREST NEIGHBORS, EVEN IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE THERE.

I do not rent rooms to unmarried couples.

I do not process reservations on Sundays and holidays, EXCEPT FOR RESERVATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A HOSPITAL VISIT OR OTHER THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY UNFORESEEN.
