Cozy, quiet, well-equipped guest rooms right in the heart of Bemowo. Just 8 km from the Palace of Culture and Science. Very convenient access to all districts of Warsaw. Shops, a range of services, and a wide variety of dining options are right nearby. A short walk to a shopping mall with a Carrefour supermarket. A movie theater, swimming pool, and fitness club are in the area.
The rooms have everything you need: fresh linens, towels, TV, Wi-Fi, a kettle, and mineral water. A shared kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave is available. We provide dishes, cutlery, as well as coffee, tea, and sugar. An iron, hair dryer, and washing machine are available. Bicycles can be rented for 30–40 zł per day.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

We offer single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms with a private bathroom, a sink, or a shared bathroom for every three rooms. An extra bed can be added to any room to accommodate more guests.
Rates start at 60 zł per person per day. The price depends on the length of stay and the room category.
Payment is due in cash upon arrival. For longer stays, we require a deposit.
