I would like to offer you year-round rentals of two-room apartments in Gdańsk’s Przymorze district—completely renovated and refurbished in 2019, comfortably furnished, warm, cozy, and quiet.

We offer self-contained, independent apartments located in areas of the Przymorze district with excellent public transportation access, between the districts of Wrzeszcz, Zaspa, Oliwa, Jelitkowo, and Żabianka, as well as Sopot and the beach on Gdańsk Bay. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find: public transportation including the SKM (Rapid City Railway), ZTM (trams and buses), shopping centers (ALFA Centrum and Galeria Przymorze), stores, restaurants, movie theaters, pubs, fitness clubs, gyms, swimming pools, and more.

Their location is ideal for those seeking a typical year-round vacation, as well as for stays related to work and study—with proximity to AWFiS, the University of Gdańsk, the Gdańsk International Fair, the Zoo, Oliwa Cathedral, Ergo Arena, Polsat Plus Arena Stadium, and many other places.

2) Słoneczne Południe, 4A Obrońców Wybrzeża St., Przymorze, floor: 4th floor + elevator, 2 rooms, 4 m² balcony, north-south-facing apartment, 4 separate sleeping areas (3 double beds and 1 single bed)

3) Sunny Przymorze, 6C Obrońców Wybrzeża St., Przymorze, floor: 3rd floor + elevator, 2 rooms, 5 m² balcony, north-south-facing apartment, 4 separate sleeping areas (2 double beds and 2 single beds)

Parking is available directly in front of the buildings—free (applies to all apartments)—or at a secure parking lot about a 2–5-minute walk from the apartments, e.g., 53 Kołobrzeska St.

Amenities:
1. Rooms: 1-2-person sofa beds, comforters, pillows, bedding, LCD cable TV, table, chairs, wardrobes, dressers, lamps.
2. Kitchenette: electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, kitchenware for 6 people, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots, frying pan.
3. Bathroom: shower stall, toilet, sink, washing machine (not available in apartment 4), hair dryer, toilet paper. Note: Towels are NOT provided.
4. Additional amenities: safe (not available in Apartment 1), ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, maps, tourist guides.

- Children under 7: Fixed rate of 30 PLN/night year-round
- Prices include all taxes
- For stays of at least 21 days, an additional linen change and cleaning halfway through the stay are available upon request.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, confirmed by an advance payment to our bank account (approx. 30% of the total cost of the stay, but no less than the cost of one night’s stay)
- Check-in and check-out times: 5:00 PM to 1:00 PM; arrival and departure times can be adjusted individually.
- Arrival and departure dates may be changed upon prior agreement
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable
- Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights
- Long weekends in May and June require a minimum stay of 4 nights
- New Year’s Eve requires a minimum stay of 4 nights
- A special surcharge may apply during sporting events, cultural events, or concerts
